Moxie means talk about taboo… November 12, 2009

Posted by michellewillow in moxie discussions. trackback

We all have to speak up sometimes. And some subjects we decide to speak about are simply too important and need to be shared with others. I was lucky enough to stumble on a page about a problem I wasn’t aware of. But this really changed my perspective about what happens to foster children. Now, I’m not saying this happens too often. Have no proof of that. But these sad stories should have never happened. You should read: Drugging Foster Children. And, thank you, Linda for spreading the info about this problem. You have moxie to talk about taboo.

Let’s hear a resounding YES to Moxie!!

Child abuse is all too common. Hard to read and talk about, but in order to change it, we must face it.

Onward!!

That is an amazing lens. Well deserved Moxie spotlight.

The abuse of foster children, in one form or another, is permeated throughout the entire system. Kudos for your moxie, Linda.

Wow, just found this! Thanks SO MUCH Michelle, and everyone else! I’m just trying to spread the word as I worry so much about children forced into foster homes. Thank you for caring!
